Catherine graduated with a BS in Fine Art from JMU, she moved into corporate human resources and earned a MS in Legal Research and Writing from GWU. After taking a long break to raise her family (with crafting as a hobby), she and her husband opened several businesses celebrating crafters and artists in Macon, GA. Now that her children are in college, she’s back to her roots of fine art. 

A love of color and fun approachability drives her eclectic style. Working primarily in acrylics, wax pastel, with some dabbling in collage, her work draws you in with the hidden details and love of storytelling. 

When she isn’t in her studio, she’s in the garden where her focus is organic vegetables and a love for zinnia.
